Description:  The consequences of burnout can be severe. It can negatively impact your health, your team, and your entire organization. Burnout can also spill over into your personal life, negatively impacting your well-being and your relationships with family and friends.

In this workshop, we will come together to explore how to prevent and overcome burnout. We will also define the difference between stress and burnout. Stress and burnout are not the same thing; yet, we often use the terms interchangeably. We will explore how stress and burnout are different and why it matters.

Participants are encouraged to take this free, short Mindtools assessment prior to the workshop.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Assess personal burnout score. Participants will complete a short assessment to better understand theirpotential for burnout.
  2. Explore how to prevent burnout. In order to prevent burnout, we need to be able to recognize the warning signs for ourselves and others.
  3. Determine how to overcome burnout. We will explore steps to help overcome burnout for ourselves and support others to do the same.
“This is exactly what I needed. I am going to send my entire team through this training.”

“I’ve been moving so fast I hadn’t allowed myself to realize how stressed I realize was.
Thank you for creating a space to talk about that and to have tools to help.”

“Amy was the perfect combination of data and heart.”
