Kandiyohi County Historical Society (15 minute drive)

The Kandiyohi County Historical Society is a non-profit 501(c)3 dedicated to “discovering, preserving, and sharing the story of Kandiyohi County and its people.”

Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center is a regional center for environmental education and outdoor recreation located in beautiful Kandiyohi County in west central Minnesota.

Sibley State Park is a year-round destination, offering hiking and biking trails. Sibley State Park is also home to Mt. Tom, the highest point in a 50-mile radius. Climb the tower and enjoy the view.
