The MinnWest Technology Campus is a business community located in the heart of Minnesota lakes country. It is currently home to 31 companies that create a rich network of talent and expertise in the areas of agribusiness, bioscience and technology. Among them are national and global leaders in their industries.
In 2006, the 100-acre property, which is now called the MinnWest Technology Campus, was purchased from the state of Minnesota by a family of private technology and bioscience businesses in Willmar. The transaction was made possible by a groundbreaking collaboration between city, county, and state government entities.
At the MinnWest Technology Campus, we’re building a culture -- where innovation meets collaboration. It started with our network of founding tenants and has extended to our entire tenant community.
Recently, we added a cutting-edge coworking facility and meeting space near the entrance of our campus. It provides an inspired place for our campus talent to meet-up, but also to intersect and collaborate with a next-generation workforce comprised of independents, consultants and creatives.
The backdrop for our innovators is 100-acres of manicured grounds with mature trees, lakeside views and paved trails. Our buildings are historic, majestic Spanish colonial cottages built in the early 1900s and infused with high technology and business amenities.
