June 6, 2017In order to receive buffer aid this year (first aid payment available in July 2017 and second in December 2017), county boards will need to formally accept jurisdiction of enforcement requirements of the state buffer law by adopting and sending a resolution to BWSR by June 28, 2017.
227 Commissioners, Engineers, and Key Staff Signed Letter
Association of Minnesota Counties sent a letter signed by 227 county officials to all Minnesota state legislators urging a compromise solution on comprehensive transportation funding for roads, bridges, and transit before the legislative session adjourns.
