Health RN/RD (Family Health)-Blue Earth County
Salary Range: $18.08 to $22.92 Minimum
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, dietetics, or related
field completed by January 2006; must possess or be eligible for
current licensure to practice as a registered nurse or registered
dietitian in Minnesota within 6 months.
Preferred
Qualifications: Experience in public health or health care setting;
Experience in family health, women’s health, or pediatrics;
Certification as a Public Health Nurse; Fluency in understanding,
reading, speaking English & Spanish, or an Asian/African language
spoken by the local refugee populations.
Under direct
supervision of the Community Health Supervisor, this position
performs client intake & referral, conducts case management,
provides program coordination & administration, & performs record
keeping & reporting. This position is also responsible for
presenting information to the public & participating in professional
staff development for the Family Health Program.
