Why did you collaborate on
this effort?

|
Keys to success / challenges
/ lessons learned / advice to others:
|
Need, improved service,
potential financial savings
|
|
What have been the outcomes
to-date?
|
Start slow and build on
success. Cooperative efforts are not
easy and change can be slow. Getting
financial support from the Blandin Foundation ($100,000)was key to moving
this effort forward. The units now provide
sustaining dollars to the organization annually.
